The Pinecone started with a dream and a desire for something greater. We wanted to create a coffee stand that felt like stumbling into a fairy-tale clearing; somewhere warm, unhurried, and a little bit magical.

Our beans come from local businesses and are roasted to bring out every earthy, wild note the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We believe the best mornings are slow ones, shared over something delicious.
